Bryan graduated from the London School of Economics with a law degree and qualified as a solicitor in 1995. Bryan trained at Memery Crystal and joined London firm Campbell Hooper in 1996, where he became a partner in 2000. Bryan has been working with Scully Twiss since 2007. He specialises in employee share schemes and can advise on all aspects of employee share schemes, including liaising with HM Revenue & Customs to obtain clearances and approvals where appropriate.
